Mindy lives in Tulsa with her husband and family. When she isn't shuttling her kids all over town in the mom van, she's in her kitchen showing people how to save time, money, and hopefully their sanity with realistic recipes and ideas. After a decade of teaching high school music, Mindy traded her classroom for YouTube, and her education background is evident in her content. She is passionate about putting a little positivity out into the world, and strives to make all her videos helpful and kind, with a touch of "real life" humor, because let's face it: we all need a good laugh sometimes.
